You can view, add, or edit hourly or all-day/multi-day event details here. Options available:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When adding an event from the Day/Hour View, or when adding an all-day/multi-day event with the Add All-Day/Multi-Day button, this field will be informational only. When viewing/editing an existing hourly event, you can use this field to change the date of the event; you cannot change the date of an existing all-day/multi-day event. |
| Make Event Viewable | This option makes the event (with the exception of Private Comments) viewable in the public calendar. |
| Start Time | When adding an hourly event from the Day/Hour View, this field will be informational only. When viewing/editing an existing event, you can use this field to change the time of the event. This field is not available for all-day/multi-day events. |
| Make Time Viewable | This option makes the event's time viewable in the public calendar. |
| Duration | The duration of the event. |
| Short Description | A brief description of the event; this will appear in the administrative, weekly view of your events and in the published calendar. |
| Days in Advance to Remind Me by Email | Optional; if selected, an email reminder will be sent to you regarding the scheduled event. The email reminder is sent once, from one to five days in advance of the event. |
| Viewable Comments | These comments will be publicly viewable in the published calendar (unless you uncheck Show this Event in published calendar). |
| Private Comments | These comments are not publicly viewable in the published calendar. |
| Assign to Venue | List of Venues, populated by your Venue Database. |
Click the Return to Month View button to return to the Month/Week View.
You may also have the option to click the Return to Day View button to return to the Day/Hour View.
