Manage Webpages

This is the screen for managing the main webpages and albums on your website.

Albums differ from regular webpages in that they contain content of a specific media type (photos or audio/video), corresponding to the album type, which may be grouped by date or subject.

• The Add New Page button is used to create a new custom webpage.
• The webpages table shows all the webpages in your site. The following actions are available for webpages:

  Item:	Description/Action:
  Menu Item	Name of the webpage as indicated on the navigation menu. Menu names may be changed when editing a particular webpage.
  Webpage Type	This indicates the type of webpage as recognized by the system.
  Webpage Status	These checkboxes toggle the availability of the webpage to outside visitors. Webpage Status may be turned 'Off' to make the webpage unavailable to the public while you are editing it or for any other reason. Toggling a Webpage Status to 'Off' automatically changes the Menu Button Status to 'Off' as well. Webpages that are offline will be shown in gray text.
  Menu Position	These arrows allow you to change the position of the webpage in the navigation menu.
  Menu Button Status	These checkboxes toggle the visibility of the webpage's corresponding menu item, as seen on the site's navigation menu. This allows the creation of webpages not shown on the navigation menu, providing flexibility to create subpages without cluttering the menu with unwanted buttons.
  Change	This button is used to edit the content on webpages and manage albums. See: Managing the Home Page Managing Photo Albums Managing Audio/Video Albums Managing the Calendar Page Managing the Calendar Archive Page Managing Custom Pages
  Delete	Use this button to delete custom webpages. Note that system pages may be hidden from your website and navigation menu, but may not be deleted.
