Edit Account Information

This page allows you to change and update your account information, as well upgrade or cancel your service.

Change Password

Click the Change Password button to update your administrative password:

• Type your current password in the first field.
• Type your new password in the next field. Re-type your new password into the third field for verification.
• Click Save Changes to commit the change. You will be directed to a confirmation page.

Upgrade Service

Click the Upgrade Service button to upgrade your service.

Update Billing Info

Click the Update Billing Info button to update your billing information.

Change Email Address

Click the Change Email Address button to update your email address:

• Type your current email address in the first field.
• Type your new email address in the next field. Re-type your new email address into the third field for verification.
• Click Save Changes to commit the change. You will be directed to a confirmation page.

Cancel Service

Click the Cancel Service button to cancel your service. If you click this button by accident, you will still have an opportunity to abort the cancellation process.
